Conflict of interest and favoritism was obvious between divorced parties. I won’t be back. Process was easy - only reason why it’s not one star. Noticeable difference in how preparer did not do due diligence in reviewing my taxes like previous years. Didn’t ask about receipts, medical or deductible contributions. Not worth $600.
I called and asked how much it would cost to do my taxes. I let her know what paperwork I had to file. I was quoted $285. I went in to have my taxes done and when she finished she said that it would be $465. I said "that is not was quoted to me" and she said it was more complicated🤦 It was not more complicated it was exactly what I told her I had on the phone. I got ripped off.
