manager doesn't know what she's talking about . you're told 10 different stories and it's now taken me 4-5 months of STILL trying to get a refunded payment to them all while having to go do my taxes somewhere else. 400$ out of pocket and they refuse to give it back

Unfriendly and they just dont care anymore. Only about money money money. $327! To get my taxes done. Total rip off.
