Use the software. Stopped in with tax related questions and was treated extremely rudely. Told 'we don't do your taxes for you' which wasn't my question but also, what is it you do there other than people's taxes? Don't bother with this location.

Horrible been waiting on my tax return since March if you want a good return don't use mary Callaghan worst service I ever had even half to go out of my way to call the irs and still haven't recieved my income never again! This service has been a nightmare won't even help me with getting my return!!!!
