I’m writing to share my recent experience with Sherry during my tax preparation appointment. Unfortunately, the interaction was very frustrating. I did not feel heard, as I was repeatedly interrupted and not given the opportunity to explain my situation. I have been using H&R Block online to file my taxes. This is the first time I came in person for help. I had Gloria Rosales who was very patient, kind, and informative. If you need any tax help Gloria will be there to answer all questions with kindness. I also had the opportunity to talk to Eileen M. the office manager who will make sure you get an appointment and be taken care of. Thank you H&R Block for taking care of me.
Eileen and Raymond both were excellent. Had a good tax preparation experience they were professional and left me with peace of mind about my paperwork.
