Everyone is so wonderful at Green Oak. The tax ladies here are always so friendly & know their stuff & the receptionist always greets me with a smile & a warm welcome. I always come out of my appointment confident that my return is correct & in good hands. Keep up the excellent work Block!
I’ve gone in twice to need help filing my taxes …. And both times I’ve gone in they said they couldn’t help me or pull up my file and then they said they want to charge me … how are you gonna charge me if you can’t pull up my file on the computer . Both times I’ve talked to the same lady and always she’s given me attitude. DO NOT GO HERE OR FILE YOUR TAXES HERE .. I’ve waited 7 months for it and still haven’t received it . Use the software. Stopped in with tax related questions and was treated extremely rudely. Told 'we don't do your taxes for you' which wasn't my question but also, what is it you do there other than people's taxes? Don't bother with this location.
