I had a very disappointing experience with H&R Block, specifically with an employee named Lydia Remirez. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM, yet she didn’t even arrive until 12:15. What made the situation worse was that instead of acknowledging the delay or assisting me promptly, she spent additional time chatting casually with someone else right in front of me, completely disregarding my scheduled appointment. Excellent service by Sara Cooper It is always a pleasant experience to have my taxes completed by Ms. Sara at your Round Rock store. I have been returning every year since 2012. She is my TAX GODDESS. :-) How can one improve on something that is perfect?
