This is an incredibly sketchy location and I would not recommend filing with anybody employed in this office. I came in to have my taxes filed and chose h&r block due to the instant refund & pay with refund options that are advertised online and even on the actual locations’ building as well. To start with the fact this place smells like death will set the tone for the kind of experience you are in for. I don't know if some unfortunate animal died in the walls, or if it is even coming from a different part of the building or next door, but to have a tax office smell like that is just jarring. However, that can be understandable depending on the circumstances.
