Paid twice the amount that I should have on my taxes. The original amount I was told was over 4 times the amount I should have owed. I am the one who caught two important numbers that were switched to correct the 4 times amount. I emailed the person who prepared my taxes to clarify a few things and she was rude when she called me back. I took the survey that is emailed out and did not rate it very well, so a manager reached out. She had someone else verify my taxes to confirm the inaccurate amount was correct. Great experience. When I thought I had dug a bigger hole, Tracy worked her magic and helped me get everything squared away with my first year independent contractor…saved me almost half of what I had calculated myself. If you’re unsure if it’s worth it, I’d recommend tryin a tax pro out.
Usually tax season can be stressful but I’m so grateful we came to this location!! The staff is so friendly and professional specifically Yuna. She insured we were informed and figure out all of the detail needed. We will definitely be working with her next year. If you do go I suggest speaking with her if you can.
