I waited a half hour past my appointment. I was even there early. This was after I Re-booked, because the associate was sick. They asked me if my daughter, because she was coughing, was sick because someone could get sick. They never checked on us. My time is valuable.
I tried to make an online appointment at your office for February 27th 2026. I was sick on Friday, so attempting to be polite, I cancelled the appointment tried to reschedule a new appointment online. On Friday afternoon, I received a cackling, rude message from "Nancy." She was so unprofessional and demeaning to me and proceeded to laugh at and scold me on the phone. "You should have called us, instead of making an online appointment."
