We did our taxes here in 2024 and it was painful. Witnessed many other people frustrated also. I’m sure they mean well but they had their hands full and didn’t handle it well. My wife has forbidden me from going back here. Hopefully other H&R Blocks run smoother in the area.
Horrible customer service. Had all my tax documents for weeks, they did nothing with them. Never returned my calls or emails, even did not call me when I had a phone appointment scheduled. Finally picked all my stuff up and they only had excuses, never apologized for their lack of communication. Very unprofessional & rude
