Angels exist!!! I have just come from H&R Block @ Overlea. I spent time with Shiroma, whom made me feel supported and confident and relief in preparing my income tax return. For the first time in 14 years! Shiroma is so incredibly skilled and experienced and kind, she made me feel completely secure and happy …in such a turbulent time in our country. So thrilled. I thought by going to H&R block I would have some help explaining what I needed or what I could claim on my taxes . Instead I got 5 minutes of a person asking for just my papers ( even after explaining that I wasn't sure what I needed ) and then they filed my taxes with no explanation of prices or any questions if we had anything else to claim .
