Employee did not introduce herself A big discrepancy between the bottom line of H&R Block and CRA of > $1000.00 for both myself and my husband. Considering the cost for supposedly expert support I was very disappointed. Also I did not receive a copy of the returns that were submitted.
I had some back taxes that needed to get dealt with and Shiroma not only got things on track, but was so patient and positive making the experience infinitely less stressful. I am so appreciative of all her help and I cannot recommend her enough. I will definitely come back to her next year! I will also just note that the Overlea location seems to have a ton of happy and supported customers.
