Horrible service , the older lady was unprofessional..Was told one thing on the phone an went in an she instantly starts telling me "no I needed to pay the balance" Which I was told over the phone that my tax return could be used to the balance owing since It was a small amount as i was told before I came there was a special procedure that could be done to take it off my return, upon saying this she said no then she started giving me attitude an pulled a hissy fit pulling my papers from the binder an giving me dirty looks an... read more
