Horrible customer service I was just trying to ask them a simple question and being as nice as possible on the phone but the girl I was talking to would not stop giving me attitude and was very rude for absolutely no reason I went to this H&R many times before never had a problem until now this has me fuming I will never go back to this H&R block again and to the girl behind the the counter learn better how to talk to people without being so snarky and short…skip this H&M block trust me
The front desk person is the most horrible person I have ever met in my life. I don’t know her name but she was bullying her colleagues in front of paying clients. That was my first time going to HNR for doing my taxes. If that is how you guys treat your own people, then I wonder how you treat clients. I think her name started with a V but I don’t remember exactly.
Great staff, friendly service. They were super quick and easy to deal with, made it a breeze for me and my family. Thanks.
Had a wonderful experience at this location today. My daughter's were getting their taxes done by "Val." Not only is she very knowledgeable at her job, but also with life advice. My son had a similar experience with Val last week. Definitely coming back to see her next tax season. Made our day!
