This location is extremely unprofessional. I have called and sent multiple messages to my assigned “Tax Pro,” Myriam Ortega, but have never received a response. Today, I had an appointment scheduled with her for 1:30 PM—an appointment she didn’t even remember. I finally got a hold of her at 1:41 PM after calling the office three times.
