Paid with nothing got done and it was only 15-20 mins I was there. Tax preparer not great not helpful. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!!!
Don’t go to this place they were asking me about my personal information in front of people. And the tax prayer was awful. Lack of communication. I told them that I wanted to file taxes in person then she said just leave your documents. They were RUDE. Unprofessional.
Working with CARMEN Harper has been an awful experience. We trusted her to do our taxes and after three years we find out she has been falsifying our numbers and incorrectly filing personal information despite us giving her all the necessary forms and clearly discussing details with her. We had to submit amendments for all three years which H and R did not refund us for nor any of the mailing fees. When my tax return was rejected , Carmen stopped responding. Highly recommended Rama and Mike they are so helpful Rama was able to find discrepancies my so trusted tax lady has been doing with my taxes!! Thank you Rama and Thank you Mike for helping write them letters to the IRS!!
