Horrible service. I filed my Tax return for 2025 at Avenue Z with Janet and later was amended with Vamid. During amendments they mentioned that I received my Nyc state refund which I didn't received and because of there mistake I am still struggling to get my state refund. Called several times but they say Avenue Z office is closed and my taxmaster Janet will be available in January 2027. What the hell.
