I became an H&R Block client when my beloved husband died in 2012. He had always done our taxes, so I needed someone to assume the responsibility, as I was in my 70’s and alone. I was blessed to become a client of Teri Carpenter in the Big Bear H&R Block office then, and I remain her client now, 14 years later. We have been using H&R Block for over a decade to do our taxes. We have had the pleasure of working with Teri Carpenter for all of those years. She is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, honest and very helpful. Every interaction with her has been first class, grade "A". I couldn't recommend a better tax preparer.

i’ve been coming to this h&r block for many years now, and in the recent few years i’ve been helped by brittany hall. she’s so kind, patient, and takes her time to explain something i don’t understand. she gives great customer service, and has a wonderful attitude that you can tell she loves her job. thank you always, brittany! see you next year!!
