Worst experience and will never use H&R block again. I needed an amended tax return completed and Cecilia was completely incapable of completing this basic task. In fact, she stated that the error on my previous return was actually not an error and that I owed thousands of dollars, which is not the case (as confirmed with the state). She was inept and incapable- instead of admitting that she was not experienced enough with the matter, she decided to give up and not even talk to me directly to let me know!.
