Regina Oits very unprofessional and rude to my mom and she hung up on her very poor customer service skills would not recommend ANYONE to go to her to get your taxes done.
This was my very first time February19,2025 going to H&R BLOCK in years RICHARD WHITE and the rest of the staff are very nice and polite very clean and fresh facility.
The woman who did my taxes was sweet and professional and even helped me get more than I thought I was going to get.
Richard is not only an excellent accountant and tax professional but an excellent man as well. Second year in a row and it is a pleasure to go into the office and sit down with him. Makes sure your needs are met and come first, very professional, but all amazingly personable. Thank you.
