I’ve used the services at this H&R Block location for two years. While I believe my tax returns were processed accurately, the customer service has been consistently disappointing — enough so that I will not return. In 2023, I worked with Georgia Workman at the Woodland location. She completed the return quickly and called me when it was ready.
