Very disappointing customer service. I booked an appointment to have my mother's taxes done a week in advance. Got the email to confirm appointment with Neima. I showed up 1/2 an hour early. I was the only costumer in the store. I told Nemia, who was working at her desk that I had an appointment at 3 and sat down. At 3pm she looked up at me and said she had lots of work to do and asked me to come back another time.
