This is my third year coming to the H&R Block at Oakville Place (240 Leighland Ave). The entire team is professional and welcoming, but I want to give a special thank you to Nemia. She is truly a blessing! She is incredibly thorough and handles every detail with such care, making the entire tax process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this branch to everyone. Very disappointing customer service. I booked an appointment to have my mother's taxes done a week in advance. Got the email to confirm appointment with Neima. I showed up 1/2 an hour early. I was the only costumer in the store. I told Nemia, who was working at her desk that I had an appointment at 3 and sat down. At 3pm she looked up at me and said she had lots of work to do and asked me to come back another time.
