Files my taxes here last year no issues, this year I was met with a very disorganized receptionist upon drop off who, when the printer jammed, didn’t care to give me a proof of drop off or receipt and just assured me by word of mouth they would get it done for me, to which i said i’m not leaving with some sort of proof that i’ve just given you my information. I’m actually quite upset. I’m pregnant and been very ill for about two months- so when I realized it was the END of tax season I immediately went online to book an appointment. To my surprise there was an opening TODAY MAY 1st 2025 AT 4:00pm EST, I immediately claimed the booking. So today MAY 1ST - I got myself a cab and got a drive to H&R Block on Brock St in Whitby ON, and the office is closed… like is this a joke?
