This H&R Block located on Brighton beach is one of the worst h&r with unprofessional staff . Mrs Lubov made my 2022 tax return (+1 star for it) so decided to do 23 too . My appointment was on 16 February for two cases = new year + 2021 amended turn . I requested them l wanna hire 2 agents please than thins quicker please . Mrs Lubov for new year and the most experienced one for amended turn , they said she is Olga Kozhin . I said ok . Ужасное обслуживание, бухгалтер Новиковп допустила ошибку, пришлось дважды платить ей за обслуживание, опять посчитала неправильно и я заплатила на 1647 долларов больше за федеральные,из IRS получила письмо, что мне возвратят эти деньги. Некогда не буду больше к вам обращаться.
