Really disappointed with the lack of customer service and communication from my "senior tax specialist" I sent my taxes via the HRblock portal around 9am. Around 1pm I received an email from Will stating that he has begun my taxes and to keep an eye on my email as he would communicate with me if he needed anything. 6:30pm rolls around, and I've heard nothing. Dwayne Bolling, did a great job very professional!
You’re better off using TurboTax.
Mr. Bolling didn't give us the warm fuzzies with our tax return. He wasn't paying attention to the main screen to click that both my husband and I were present. He skimmed over several questions. He also had us tally on our phone calculators to make sure the #s he got were correct. This felt unprofessional as a tax accountant, he should have had a calculator readily available.
