Armando is very cool and so are the people who greet you! I felt at home when I walked in. They helped me, when for like over a day I was trying to get the emerald advance loan! I got it last year so what's the issue I don't understand why people from other offices don't want to work or help. But here they treat people with respect and kindness! As a loyal customer, this is my husband's and my number one spot to go to, Armando Belmudez is very helpful and he really breaks it down on the information he provides when we are signing and explaining our tax return. He really makes us feel at home as well as Priscilla Alvarez, she is also very helpful at the front desk and is very kind and sweet human i appreciate their help and the time they take to help us every time we come.
