Luis Leal was great and knowledgeable and speaks Spanish! But the H & R My Block system is clunky and difficult to use, and difficult to communication with your Tax Preparer.
Andres Rosenberg was very professional.
I have used H&R Block for years. This year I had a brand new LLC that needed attention. Marilou Jean Louis at the Boynton Beach Jog Road Location, was a dream, she was fast, efficient, personable, and really cared. We will be back next year!!
