We haven't filed income taxes for years. This year, we had to file for 2024. I always prepare my own tax return. Since I haven't prepared taxes for years, I didn't know how to file out the 1040 & 540 forms. We went to H&R Block and Sung did a great job helping us fill out the forms and submitted the forms for us. We will be repeat customers.
Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT do your taxes at this location. From start to finish the professionalism was a joke and when I questioned why a simple filing , no dependents, no write offs, NOTHING can end up costing me $230 I got no answer. I then asked the "Manager" Linda, to explain the fee and I couldnt believe how rude and defensive she got. I paid and left only to find that a mistake was made so i went back & was told it was my fault and it will cost me$150 to amend the filing..thats when I'd had enough & repeate... read more
