I have not recieved my confirmation from my work place on the W2 being accurate (which it is) & believe my taxes were filed wrong. I have not been able to pay them yet and they are now late. H&R took 33% off of the premium of my taxes for overtime in box 14, which leaves me with 33% of my 33% of my OT income being filed as non taxable, negatively impacting my refund & causing inaccurate filing.
I tried making an appointment here and got 5 calls in a 24 hour span to confirm it. I told them to please stop spam calling me and I wasn't 100% sure of if I could make it yet, so Marie said she was going to cancel it, even though my appointment is not until 2 more days from now. Marie was the worst customer service rep I have ever worked with. Do not recommend.
