The front desk receptionist seemed very distracted and there did not appear to be enough coverage up front. The employee, Clarence that was supposed to help me with my appointment did not help me until almost thirty minutes, because he let someone who left and came back get in front of me in line. It was extremely unprofessional, and he did not show remorse.
Thank you for excellent service H&R Block. I really appreciate it. I need to Anita Adams expertise.
