Absolutely horrible experience. Stay away from a Mr Nazmul there. He knows next to nothing, and replies 1 in 10 emails. After being charged exorbitantly, they still filed my taxes wrongly. Instead of getting a refund, they managed to leave me owing the CRA over $6k. If it’s the last thing I do with my life, I will have staff at this location sanctioned.

These people sent my refund to an address I moved from 10 years ago... And they offer nothing for their mistake
