This H&R Block location is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I've been using H&R Block for my taxes for the past 8 years and I never had a problem until I came across this location. The agents here were extremely incompetent and lack of knowledge when it comes to breaking down and explaining your return before it is filed. I do not recommend this location.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received on tuesday. The tax manager I spoke with Ovidiu Palivan was rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. I went to the 655 Dundas street east location on sunday and was told to come back during the week to speak with a manager regarding my account from last year. Last year I was promised the insta return with no fee from Zakaria El Sheikh from the 7 Shuter St location.
