Amazing customer service , very punctual & works fast as well as efficiently. Got multiple years done & got me caught up on my taxes
This is the worst tax return place you could ever go to. First, they never finished my taxes. Then, the NEVER returned my emails or phones calls. They charged me $150 and never finished my taxes. Do not go to this office for help with your taxes.
If I wanted to wait 3 weeks to have my taxes completed I would have done them myself. Absolutely brutal service. This location is only open twice a week. The last time I will use H&R Block. Also do not appreciate the attitude of the person who answered the phone
