We have been long time clients with H&R Block. Nothing but praise for Sigfredo Bautista in providing us with with his professionalism, attention to our needs and detailed explanation of the process.
I not comfortable with the agent that I was assigned to. She seemed overly confident that she knew what she was doing and that was that. She was talking fast and pushing button. She even had to have different agents checking her work! That certainly did not make me feel confident that she knew what she was doing at all.
