Very professional and nice
I've used HR Block for years but today truly was not a good day to use it. Not only do I feel like I didn't get a fair return this year. The person that did my taxes rushed me. Seemed like she had to check her notes ever 5 seconds like I can only assumed she place something wrong? Oh and as a Bonus great réception lady who the hell ask a dumb question like my zodiac sign and says she hates them. Yeah that makes a customer feel OK bought themselves. Get a life lady you ain't all that.
They are true professionals that give you quick and accurate results!
