only rating it one star as I cannot rate zero. I made an appointment in advance and 10 minutes before my appointment got a call he was running late from previous appointments. Sounds like someone before me needs to reschedule NOT me!!!
If you know how to, it’s better to do your own taxes. I went here because I was recently married and wasn’t sure how that would change my taxes. The guy here that assisted me was not thorough, made multiple mistakes when entering info, and blamed the format of the documents(it was a W2). They wanted half of my return to file. I went home did our taxes on turbo tax, got 2x the return for 1/3 of the price. I just wish I could get the time I wasted at H&R back.
Convenient, helps provide peace of mind. 3rd year in a row and i am positive i got every deduction i was eligible for.
Nina T. at the Southampton location is the best! I've been working with her since 2019 and she has me for life now!! She is professional, thorough, respectful, considerate of time, and has integrity. She helped me with Amendments, and Non-Profit work. I love her!!
