Filed my taxes today, and it was a terrible experience. The preparer had to be reminded quite a bit that we had more stuff to file. I had to watch over him constantly and correct his mistakes, and verify his math constantly. I get it he was an older gentleman who moved slow, but I paid over $700 just to file. 2 LLCs, stocks trades, a 1099, and a W2. I believe he missed a bunch of write offs, but what is the worst is I had to constantly tell him “you’re typing in the wrong field”, “sir you’re on the wrong document”, “you adde... read more

The knowledge and availability of the staff were great.
Linda was very knowledgeable and experienced. I'm glad that she did my taxes. Very friendly office staff too.
