Very friendly, informative and professional. She made this process very easy for me. I had several years that I had to file and she was very diligent and proactive with getting them filed.
Scheduled an appointment and got placed with a representative that wasn’t even supposed to be on the schedule for that day. The person that we did end up seeing prioritized a walk-in over us. Then when we did finally sit down, our representative took forever to fill out our taxes. I even had to help him use his own software and make sure he was inputting things correctly. We filed taxes jointly here and the tax assessor was judgemental, told us we couldn’t pay our taxes there (yes you can pay taxes in office with a credit card or a bank account we’ve done it before) he gave us unwanted tax advice and question why I almost get no tax deductions (I’m in the military) and was the slowest process ever, I would have rather using TurboTax and will definitely use it next year….. we literally had to tell this man where to close click cause he was THAT lost…. AWFUL.
Came all the way here to do taxes. Got them wrong and when came to fix was awkward and person didn't even fix correctly. Very upset and will not be returning to this location and most likely not using H&R
