It cost over $200. Not very upfront about the cost
I called the office to make an appointment and to ask for pricing info and had a bad experience. During my initial call, a girl told me she couldn’t answer specific tax questions. She told me I was supposed to hear back from a tax person named Carla, in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, Osha (I didn’t really understand her name) called me back. I was very happy with the service. I don't think I could've completed my filing without Albert. If I have a simple return next year I may go with the free assistance at neighborhood centers. Chances are I will be back with H&R Block though.
