This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I decided to overlook Tamara H. messing up my taxes last year because I thought she was kind and perhaps she just made a mistake. Unfortunately, this year's experience was even worse, starting with her waiting weeks to respond to my initial email, only getting back to me after calls to the office and an additional email. I have been doing my taxes with them for years now. Everyone at this location is so nice and helpful. Thank you all for your patience and expertise.
This location I have been going to over 10 years and keeps getting worse. They don't explain anything when you sign or get back to you. They were rude and refused to help due to their shift ending and no one else came to help. They are very rude over the phone and on person. Seems to be employees who don't know much or can answer any questions. Not updates were given and I was told they're too busy. Most unpleasant and unprofessional business.
