Valerie entered in my direct deposit into wrong and I lost $3k…. You have ONE JOB
I am a single mother filing for just me and they charged me $500 for the clerk to fill in the blanks and ask questions. I will not be returning for this. Absolutely ridiculous. Missing some of my refund and doing it myself is still cheaper then paying for this.
