Not only have they helped me once, but now twice in five years with a confusing tax predicament. For free, they wouldn’t accept any payment for their time. Not that this needs to be said, but who does that? A well run company, that’s who.
Susana Chapa and the owner helped me out so much with amending my taxes and on another year got me my child tax credit that Turbo missed. It was worth the fee’s and I have been going back since 2020 because they took great care of my situation.
