I advise you to not go to this location . A person named Sheri did my taxes and I was baffled because she didn’t put all my details other than my w2. She is new and doesn’t know how to properly work on w2 so that her clients are satisfied. I am not satisfied and now this why I will not go to any H&R Block thank you for a big disappointment in my refund and Sheri please go take these classes for a tax pro. I will be going to someone who does taxes and that is not from H& R block.
Very inconsistent, lazy and not understanding. I bought my w2s to the Bristol branch and was assign to Pina Bonzena. After I dropped off my my paperwork. I waited for 2 weeks and never got an update. I've escalated to a regional manager and even now nothing. I know I haven't filed in a while but I don't deserve this. ill be looking for do legal action for neglect and discrimination.
