Called and set up an appointment for 11/28/24 to get help with amending previous returns. Got text confirming the appointment, upon arrival greeted by a woman smoking outside that asked if we were going into H&R. I said “yes I have an appointment”, she replied in disgust putting her smoke out on the side of the building sighing “I don’t have any appointments now”.
