Called and set up an appointment for 11/28/24 to get help with amending previous returns. Got text confirming the appointment, upon arrival greeted by a woman smoking outside that asked if we were going into H&R. I said “yes I have an appointment”, she replied in disgust putting her smoke out on the side of the building sighing “I don’t have any appointments now”. We go inside and she tells me they don’t open until 1/3/25 because that’s when the IRS starts accepting returns. I’ve been doing my own taxes for 32 years so yeah ... read more
