Took my appointment and they ain’t even open a bad business I went here for the convenience but I always had problems months later after using them it deserves to be shut down and the tax lady I always had so was condescending
H&R Block have done our taxes for 10+ yrs at a seniors rate. We moved last year, used this Division St H&R Block in 2025. We are seniors & my husband & I paid way more for tax preparation at this H&R Block than any other location. A year later, still stings. The man at reception was unprofessional when I asked why. Paid 200$ for someone to not submit my T4FHSA, then unresponsive when prompted.
First time using H&R Block for taxes and will not be returning. Friendly staff and no issues with tax preperation, however, price for personal taxes was far too high. I was also charged an extra 50 dollars because of one T5 form which I know is minor to enter. I have used a different tax service in the past and have never been charged more than 100 dollars. Disappointed. 184 dollars out the door for my 30 dollar return, geez
