Paid 200$ for someone to not submit my T4FHSA, then unresponsive when prompted.
First time using H&R Block for taxes and will not be returning. Friendly staff and no issues with tax preperation, however, price for personal taxes was far too high. I was also charged an extra 50 dollars because of one T5 form which I know is minor to enter. I have used a different tax service in the past and have never been charged more than 100 dollars. Disappointed. 184 dollars out the door for my 30 dollar return, geez
I filed online and it was so easy! I believe my tax guy was Jason, I'm sorry I'm horrible with names, but he provided absolutely exceptional service and I couldn't be happier!
