The pepole at desk are very professional and Robbie is excellent to deal with See you next year
I was going to use them last year and they messed up my taxes so did them myself. This year they have called me 5 times to schedule and confirm appointments. I have asked to be put on the do not call list several times. I called and asked to speak to manager and the person who answered the phone said I was threatening them. I found out they have to physically dial the number to call you. This is so unprofessional!!!! The individual who calls says there name is Beary. Please reprimand this employee! Thank you.
