Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere! It took over 4 weeks for them to do my taxes and I handed them in, in February. Once I was able to go pick them up I paid and got my taxes, then to later check they had never been filed! Because the receptionist didn't have me sign anything. I now live about 3hrs away from Kingston and couldn't go back to sign, I was told by 3 different receptionists in a 5 hour time period they would email me and no one knew what I was talking about when I called!
