Somehow when I got my taxes done here my refund came out to 10× less then any year before or since and they have persued me relentlessly to repay them the difference despite it clearly being their error. I would absolutely recommend steering clear of this company, or at the very least this location. Update, no one has contacted me. When I went into the location they were unable to help me and gave me the wrong number to contact the financial department. Very unprofessional.
