I was uncomfortable with the unprofessional commentary during my visit, including repeated negative remarks about white clients and long-time Kingston residents. Personal or racial grievances should not be part of a professional service environment. More importantly, my taxes were filed incorrectly, requiring a follow-up visit to correct the issue. Accuracy and professionalism were lacking.
I had a horrible experience with Marie at this location. I was not listened to, constantly interrupted, and was spoken to with a high level of condescension and unprofessionalism. Because of this service, not only did I owe over a thousand dollars, but my information was entered so incorrectly I have been getting Notice of assessments with incorrect Residence status and amounts owing from both CRA and Revenue Quebec. Didn't listen to my question at all. Currently, one of my employers takes a lot of tax, and the other doesn't. I want to change which one does that. Instead of telling me what to write on the form to get the employer to STOP taking so much tax, they told me how to tell them to take more.

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff is excellent and if you choose to go here, you’re definitely in great hands. 100% recommend. The wonderful man at the front desk and his team are well equipped to handle any situation in a very timely manner and their communication skills are matched with the service they provide. They helped me out with my taxes and I couldn’t be happier.
