Didn't listen to my question at all. Currently, one of my employers takes a lot of tax, and the other doesn't. I want to change which one does that. Instead of telling me what to write on the form to get the employer to STOP taking so much tax, they told me how to tell them to take more.

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff is excellent and if you choose to go here, you’re definitely in great hands. 100% recommend. The wonderful man at the front desk and his team are well equipped to handle any situation in a very timely manner and their communication skills are matched with the service they provide. They helped me out with my taxes and I couldn’t be happier.
If you're looking to pay $130+ for them to not file but instead misplace your tax documents for WEEKS, you're in luck! Tl;dr: I paid for my taxes to be filed on March 1. The girl at the front desk put my paperwork in a random cabinet and told no one, so my taxes did not get filed. Issue was only discovered because I prompted them to look into it.
