I received no clear guidance whatsoever during or after filing my taxes. The entire reason I came here was for professional help with my tax returns, and that expectation was completely unmet. Despite the agent (Bill) knowing I’m self-employed, GST filing was never mentioned or discussed at any point. Now, after charging an already excessive $615, I’m being told to pay even more just to file my GST. This feels misleading and like a blatant cash grab with zero regard for proper client support. I will not be returning
