Best tax experience that I have ever had. Fazana greeted us and Kevin did our tax returns. Very professional,quick and friendly. Our returns are fairly straighforward but cheaper than our usual place. Kevin brought me right in and prepared both returns while I was in the office. Took about 40 minutes for both. Would highly recommend. I will be back!
I showed up an hour before closing with 2 years of taxes to be done, and then couldn't find my ID. FAZANA and Kevin were both very patient and helpful with me. I was a disaster of a client and they just kept smiling through it all. My taxes were completed quick and easy. But im more impressed with the interactions I had. Just a surprising good experience, especially for something as normally mundane as tax preparation. Just top notch
