Senior Tax Professional Robin Gingras helped me take care of ten years worth of overdue income tax. He was very supportive through out the process and very knowledgeable. We had an awesome summer because of our tax return.
The reception sucks, they don't answer calls and they'll put you on hold then hang up. Going in person they let the phone ring and don't bother answering, they'll take and scan your ID then forget they even scanned it the first time if you come in a second time and proceed to scan them AGAIN. They also don't remember you and don't believe you when you say you called and got told to come in for a walk in.. They also have no idea who's filled out the appropriate paperwork even if you came in not long ago. They're not educated ... read more
