I had been going to H&R Block for 12 years. When getting my taxes done at this specific location with Edyta last year, something didn’t seem right . I asked her why I owed so much money and the only response she would give me was “you make too much”. I was in shock with everything so I paid and left. I knew something wasn’t right so I called corporate and I agreed to have someone else look over my taxes . Not all HR Blocks are equal. After being poorly treated at another location, I ended up with Norma at this location. She was thorough, professional, and all around high performing. She followed up on my questions and helped me finish my taxes. Look up Norma if you need help!

Stay away from H & R Block. Save your money. Do your own taxes in Turbo Tax for 50 bucks. H & R Block is outrageously expensive!! I give 5 stars to the very nice lady who took care of us, but I was shocked when she told me $335 for filing the taxes for a family of four when the person who made the appointment over the phone told me it was going to be 85 dollars... and I clearly told the person who took the phone before making the appointment that the taxes were for a family of four.
