Made an appointment last Thursday appointment was confirmed and even an email was sent out this morning to change the appointment to 15 minutes earlier. Came here for tax preparation services, they filed my taxes incorrectly and I got a demand for payment letter from the state department of revenue saying that my taxes were not paid. After speaking to multiple people including upper management at the department of revenue it was discovered that the account that was charged was an HR block banking account, and that it had insufficient funds. I had been going to H&R Block for 12 years. When getting my taxes done at this specific location with Edyta last year, something didn’t seem right . I asked her why I owed so much money and the only response she would give me was “you make too much”. I was in shock with everything so I paid and left. I knew something wasn’t right so I called corporate and I agreed to have someone else look over my taxes .
