I had a terrible experience at this location. I have always done my taxes with h&r at another location, but it was more convenient this time for me to do it here. I thought it would be the same experience and it was worse My tax agent Did my taxes in a rush because it was more important for her to get the commission than to really pay attention to what she was doing and it cost me for her mistake when I went back to try to get the problem solved they told me I was basically screwed.
