I always have the best experience with H&R Block from all the years with Ruby Adams. Today I had the pleasure of working with Janice Jimenez, she was so helpful and very patient, professional and knowledgeable! I also had to call again and spoke with Marlene and she was very helpful and took care of all my questions too!!
They completely messed up my taxes and I had to go to San Angelo to the IRS office to fix there mistake, now it can take up to 6 months to get my refund,,, don't not use these people
