Customer service was nice till they wanted my husband and I to come in so we make an appointment and any times we were available they said no one would be able to help us we asked if they could call and ask us questions over the phone it was always a no and we wasted time going up there my husband waited about 45 mins to see the person helping us and he was never seen because they had conversations about who relative passed who is still alive … so he walked out. Will not be doing service with H&R Block.
