I had them do my taxes but I won’t use them again. Before I took my tax documents to this location I called their 1-800 number and asked if they could give me a roundabout ballpark figure of how much they would charge to do them. The price the lady quoted me was between $250 to $350. When we got our bill, it was $650! Talk about sticker shock! 😳😱 In years past, we had other people do them for around $300 to $325 and the only reason I chose H&R Block was because it was a lot closer and convenient. Great job. Very knowledgeable.
Kierra White was so very helpful and her supervisor was also very friendly and helpful. Starting with the person answering the phone, we had a great experience and were able to get in immediately to do an amendment when we realized we had made an error filing online ourselves. I was anxious and nearly in tears, and Kierra was very kind and professional. We appreciated everyone who helped us!
