Had a terrible experience. Would give 0 stars of I could. I gave all the documents they required from me weeks in advance, but they delay the whole process and I had to pay fines.

Maureen was the best, super helpful very efficient knew her stuff. Great customer service she was amazing. I went to this location and she was helpful as soon as I walked in. The customer service over the phone from Marivon was also amazing, great service from this location.
The lady had seemed annoyed for no reason and impatient for no reason at all and all I asked for were the price inquiry. Didn’t seem she wanted to engage with me and her response were short and not interactive, I couldn’t even bring myself to ask more questions. Even if I wanted to go through with it the process after seeing the ridiculous prices, just for her attitude alone, I said I’ll learn to do it myself.
