Had an appointment for 10 am. At 11:30 no one had arrived.
Nobody answers the phone or calls back it routes you to Duff mall it's so unorganized ans unprofessional give me my money please
If I could provide 0 stars I would. An absolutely terrible experience. Our taxes were submitted well before the deadline with all necessary document and we have heard nothing for over a month. When messaging in the online portal, we have not received a single response or update on the status of our return. When I went into the Market street location, I found out they were closing. We were not notified, and the woman working was unable to give me any reason as to why our taxes had not been field. As for the employee responsib... read more
I now understand all the bad reviews. I opted for this place because of convenience and regret doing so. I submitted my documents 10 days ago and left an email and voicemail mails to follow up on my case but nooone is acknowledging them. I’m going to try and pull my file and go somewhere else: don’t recommend.
