I booked an appointment for Friday afternoon, Friday morning i get an email saying my appointment was moved to Saturday (without consulting with me). I show up to the appointment on Saturday and I am just told to sit and wait. After waiting for 40 minutes I asked the receptionist how much more time I was going to have to wait, she just tells me she doesn't know and goes back on her phone. Which is when I decided to leave, and asked her to cancel my appointment. Total waste of time, would not recommend
I got scammed literally! I just got return of 92$ !!! And I paid a fees of 209 !
First off I came in on on march 25 to do my taxes and was told that I had to book an appointment for march 31 at 3 pm when I got to my appointment I waited about 30 minutes for the guy working on my taxes alex to tell me that it was to much work for him to do on that day and had said that he would call me in the morning the next day to come in and get the ball rolling.
