My family has been filing taxes at the Hawthorne location with Ms. Mattie for several years now. It's always a pleasant experience. The front desk and other staff are also very courteous. Great experience year after year. As long as Ms. Mattie is here we'll be coming back.
The tax consultant are very knowledgeable especially Yeseni.Her passion and patience is over and beyond.
Great customer service but DO NOT GET THE SPRUCE CARD!!! They make it seem all good and you’ll get some money in advance but when it comes down to getting your full tax refund you won’t be Able to get your money out ! My money Is stuck in this card bcs you are limited to how much to spend , take out and transfer!! It’s so ridiculous and frustrating! I need my tax return and I gotta wait weeks just to transfer money slowly !
