incompetent office they cant figure out how to set up an appointment, they canceled on me twice before getting me in the office then passed me back and forth in the office because they couldn't figure out a w-2. and the worst was Beatrice she couldn't stop staring at her phone while she watch led her ring doorbell,
The staff at the office is polite and professional. As soon as I arrived at the place, they were expecting me, and they threat me pretty well. The specialist explained one by one the steps of the process using good manners and an easy to understand language. He also assisted me with recommendations about finances that will help me out to do better with my earnings.
